Igor Kislitsyn

Igor V. Kislitsyn (1948/Moscow) - the artist of naive art.

Kislitsyn Igor V. was born in Moscow and spent his childhood in Lebyazhiy Lane.

In 1971, he graduated from Moscow State Academic Art School «In the Memory of 1905» From 1974, the artist participated in home and international exhibitions (more than 90). Since 1976, he is a member of the Painting section of the Moscow City Joint Committee of Graphic Artists (MCJCGA). Since 1991, he is a member of the International Federation of Artists (IFA). In the 1970s, blessed by Holy Patriarch Pimen, he took up icon painting.

He developed his icon-painting skill performing restoration works in the St. Daniel Monastery in Moscow.

He painted the western wall of the Chapel of All Russian Saints of St. Nicholas Cathedral in Kaliningrad.
